Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites proposals for awarding a consultancy on Limited Testing of Quality of Service for International Roaming.  The purpose of this consultancy is to introduce the concept of quality of service (QoS) testing for services offered to Pakistani cellular subscribers roaming abroad.

Consultants registered with PTA, professionals/ academicians may submit proposals to the undersigned within 15 days of the upload of this Expression of Interest on PTA website.

The upper limit for the consultancy is Rs. 200,000/-. Further details/queries may be addressed to the undersigned.
