The deployed “PTA Digital Assistant” is available on WhatsApp (03150055055), offering menu-driven options that provide relevant information quickly. The solution responds to selected commands, ensuring efficient interaction.

PTA aims to enhance consumer facilitation, improve regulatory information access, and reduce query response time, showcasing its commitment to digital facilitation through innovative technology solutions.
