  1. Chai Chats 2022: PTA in collaboration with META has launched educational series campaigns with the name “Chai Chat” to create awareness among young Pakistani SM users on digital literacy and responsible use of SM. Chai Chats Facebook page: https://web.facebook.com/chaichatspk  
     
  2. Anti-Scams Campaign 2023:  An Anti-Scams Campaign was carried out in Urdu and English for Safer Internet Day (February 7, 2023), to generate impact amongst online buyers and sellers in Pakistan. The campaign contained a series of animated assets, aimed to build knowledge of users, businesses and communities on factors to consider before engaging in E-commerce on Meta Platforms. The campaign went successful as it reached over 37 million users.
     
  3. Children’s Day Campaign 2023: META joined hands with PTA to release a series of impactful videos targeting children, emphasizing crucial online safety measures. These collaborative videos were designed to educate and empower children to navigate the digital world securely. Following 5x videos regarding safe use of internet were developed and disseminated on Children's Day 2023.

  4. Anti-Scams Campaign 2024: Recently, PTA & Meta has launched exclusive campaign in 2024, which addressed the following 9 common scam types through a series of static assets and short videos:

    4. Messaging
    5. Impersonation Scam
    6. Finance Scam
    7. Loan Scam

  5. TakeItDown Portal 2024: Based on continuous engagement with Meta regarding launching of Urdu version of the TakeItDown portal, so as to facilitate maximum public, Meta recently launched the same in collaboration of National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) on 3rd July 2024. TakeItDown is a vital tool that can be effectively utilized in combating online child exploitation, a significant step towards a safer internet environment for children and youth.  Experts from Meta along with NCMEC conducted a workshop focusing on promoting internet safety for children and youth, addressing challenges like cyberbullying, privacy breaches etc and usage of TakeItDown portal.
